  1. Return Request Timeframe
    You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the item(s).
    Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, unless the item(s) suffer from quality defects or applicable laws require otherwise.
  2. Conditions for Returns
    Items meeting the following criteria are generally eligible for a return or refund:
    The item is unused and in good condition.
    The item’s original packaging is substantially intact.
    An incorrect item was received.
    The item exhibits obvious quality defects.
    The item was damaged during transit.
    Both opened and unopened items are eligible for return requests, provided they meet the specific return conditions outlined in this policy.
  3. Situations Where Returns Are Not Supported
    Returns, refunds, or exchanges are generally not supported in the following situations:
    The item shows clear signs of use.
    The item has been damaged by human error, is soiled, or is missing parts.
    The item’s condition renders it unfit for resale.
    The return request is submitted after the applicable timeframe has expired.
    The item was damaged due to personal negligence or misuse.
    Special Note: Sports equipment products that have been used or are no longer in a resalable condition are not eligible for return.
    Should this website subsequently offer similar products involving weight-bearing, structural support, active training, or functional usage, this restriction shall apply to those products as well.
  4. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
    (1) Quality Issues / Incorrect Shipments / Transit Damage
    If an item suffers from quality defects, was shipped incorrectly, or was damaged during transit, the return shipping costs will be borne by the merchant.
    (2) Returns for Non-Quality Issues
    If a return is requested for personal reasons (e.g., the item is no longer wanted, the wrong item was purchased, or it is no longer needed), the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
    If a package is returned to the sender due to the buyer providing an incorrect shipping address, refusing delivery, or failing to be present to sign for the package, any associated additional shipping costs may also be borne by the buyer.

    Packages returned directly without prior confirmation may result in processing delays or the inability to identify the return.

    Exchange requests will be arranged based on product inventory availability and the results of our review.
  8. Refund Processing Time
